By using the ViewStreamer website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
Service Description
ViewStreamer is a Twitch multi stream viewer that allows you to watch multiple Twitch streams simultaneously. The service uses the public Twitch API and Twitch's embed players.
Requirements for Use
To use the full functionality of ViewStreamer, you need a Twitch account. However, you can also use ViewStreamer in guest mode without a Twitch account, albeit with limited functionality.
User Conduct
You agree to use ViewStreamer only for lawful purposes. You undertake not to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not use ViewStreamer for the following: Distribution of viruses or other malicious code, spam or unsolicited messages, harassment of other users, infringement of third party rights.
Intellectual Property
ViewStreamer and its entire content, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of ViewStreamer or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.
Twitch Terms of Use
By using ViewStreamer, you agree to also comply with Twitch's terms of service. ViewStreamer is not affiliated with Twitch and has no influence on Twitch's terms of service.
